USA BUSINESS/ VISIT VISA REQUIREMENTS

·       Passport valid for six months beyond the period of your intended stay in the United States, old passport(s) must be submitted.

·       One 2”x2” photograph taken with white background.

·       Cover letter detailing travel plan.

·       If employed, a letter from employer that shows the details of your position, salary, length of employment and pay slips from employer.

·       Holiday letter from employer stating the period of authorised leave and purpose of the visit to USA.

·       Trade license with renewal page (for business person).

·       Memorandum of association (for limited company).

·       Invitation from any company in the USA (If business tour).

·       Last six months bank statements (Personal and business both for business person).

·       Bank solvency certificate.

·       Latest income tax returns (recommended more than 1 year).

·       Other financial papers e.g. Bank fixed deposit, bonds, shares (account statement).

·       TIN Certificate.

·       Asset valuation certificate from certified accountant.

·       Proof of property, such as land, flat, house, shop, factory etc.

·       Visiting card.

·       If you hold any social or professional designations in the home country, proof related to that.

·       Marriage certificate, birth certificates of any children.

·       Any photographs taken during your previous visits outside Bangladesh.
