Holders
1. Passport with at least 6 months validity.
2.
Photography 2 copies for each person, size- 3.5 x 5cm (white
background) and paper must be matt paper.
3. Photocopy of passport and previous visa
(If Any).
4.
Original Bank Statement for last 6 months with minimum balance Tk:
1,00,000. If family than amount is Tk: 2, 50,000.
5.
Original Bank Solvency Certificate with Account Opening Date and
Account Number Clearly Stated.
6. Visiting card 02 copies
7. Forwarding letter stating the purpose of
the visit.
8.
NOC or leave
letter from Organization in company letter head.
9. ID card photocopy.
10. Return Air ticket booking Confirmation
copy.
11. If school going
kids travel then provide their student ID card photocopy or Pay slip.
For Business Persons
1. Passport with at least 6 months validity.

with renewal page.

9. Forwarding letter stating the purpose of
the visit.
10. Return Air ticket booking Confirmation
copy.
11. If school going
kids travel then provide their student ID card photocopy or Pay slip.
