01.     Confirmed Air Ticket

02.      Online Visa Application Form

03.      Original Passport with old Passports (6 Months Validity is required)

04.    2 Copies Recent Passport Size Photo (Size : W 2” X H 2” with White Background)

05.    US Dollar Endorsement (USD 200) with Original Certificate from any Bank

06.    Utility Bill Copy (For Address Proof as per Visa Application)

07.    Visiting Card

08.    NOC

09.    National ID Card (Instead Birth Certificate)

10. Student ID Card (For Student accompanying with the Parents or travelling alone)

-In addition to above List the following is required for Medical Visa

01. Indian Doctor’s Appointment Letter & Bangladeshi Doctor’s Recommendation Letter with Full Address

2.    All Medical reports with prescription
